Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At our store, all products are made-to-order, meaning each item is specially manufactured after you place an order. This allows us to maintain high quality and uniqueness for every customer.

 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Preference-based concerns (e.g., design liking, color expectations)

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

To initiate a request

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear images of the product
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for verification)

Resolution:

After reviewing your request, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement, OR
  • Issue a refund (in applicable cases)

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color preference
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

However, exchanges/replacements will be processed only in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit, or
  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact us. After verification:

  • We will re-ship the order, or
  • Provide a full refund

Product Disclaimer

  • All items are made-to-order; slight variations may occur
  • Color may vary slightly due to screen/display differences
  • Size variation of ±0.5 to 1 inch is considered normal

 Important Conditions

  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted
  • Unboxing video is required for damage claims to prevent misuse
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
